My problem is neat handwriting takes too long to write

The biggest difference between your writing and mine is that I write on a really low angle , while you are almost top down. I think I write like this because I write with mechanical pencils and just want my handwriting to be small.

also very important is type of paper, plastic-y thin paper makes me have the worst handwriting, I still use it bc it's cheap but with thicker paper i write way better, it offers more consistent resistance and the pen glides just where you want it instead of taking all of the small vibrations of my hand.
